Russ & Bee Maloof moved to Oregon to make wine and it started with a single barrel. Hailing from Philadelphia, Russ and Bee began producing a very modest amount of wine, starting with the 2015 vintage. Their winemaking project was self funded and produced while simultaneously working full-time gigs. Today, Maloof Wines has grown to include a winemaking facility and an estate vineyard, No Clos Radio, that’s shared with friends Jim and Jenny (Fossil & Fawn). Maloof’s ethos is simple: make wines full of energy with the goal of capturing a place and time in each bottle. They work solely with growers who farm organically, achieving organic certification for No Clos Radio in 2022.
